We offer free delivery to orders worth over £60 after any promotion code. For orders contained frozen items, the total amount of frozen goods must be over £20 to enjoy free delivery.

Click & Collect from our warehouse
• There is no minimum purchase amount on Click & Collect orders.
• Our warehouse opens on Mon to Fri, from 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
• We will contact you to schedule the collection.
• Collection address is 312 High Street, Orpington, London BR6 0NG.

We are unable to arrange delivery to Scottish Islands, The Outer Hebrides, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles.

We pack our frozen food in insulated bags or poly boxes with ice gels that can last up to 24 hours. Please transfer your frozen food to the freezer immediately on arrival.
